Satellite service is a form of wireless communications that uses satellites to relay calls. It provides coverage in almost any area of Canada and the United States and 300 km offshore (including Alaska and Hawaii), as well as in the Caribbean and Mexico.

Satellite service is ideal if you live or travel in areas where you don't have access to the existing landline or wireless networks such as Northern Canada. Msat is especially suited In these areas where there are seasonal homes, camps, outfitters, and commercial operations such as logging, mining, and forestry.

You can select either fixed or mobile satellite service:

• Fixed service is installed on your premises.
• Mobile service is installed in your vehicle.
• Transportable service can be used outside of your vehicle or premises.

Once you've decided what type of service you'd like, you can choose a service plan that reflects how much you plan to use your satellite phone. Satellite service starts as low as $34.95 a month, with airtime rates of $1.75 a minute or as little as $0.99 per minute. Long distance charges are included in the airtime.

To get more out of your satellite service, you can select optional calling features for an additional monthly charge. Lease rates and rental rates are available upon request.
