Prairie Mobile Communications
In 1989 GE Mobile merged with Ericsson and became Ericsson-GE. Sometime later the name changed to Ericsson Private Radio Systems. On January 26th 2000 Com-Net acquired the business from Ericsson forming Com-Net Ericsson. In June 2001 the business was purchased by M/A-COM Wireless Systems, a subsidiary of Tyco Electronics.
